By booking an appointment with The Oven Cleaning Company you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
1) Payment for your clean is to be made on completion of work carried out. Should you not be home during the clean, an invoice can be left for you to make an online payment later in the day. 
2) On completion of the work please check you are happy with the work carried out.  If you have any concerns regarding our service please mention it immediately to your technician so that they can rectify the issue.  If you are not home at the time of the clean, please report any issues within 24 hours.
3) Any complaints of dissatisfaction or breakages etc. reported more than a week after a clean, we cannot accept liability for, except in unusual circumstances. Although we will still endeavour to help you resolve the issue any additional costs may be your responsibility.
4) If you have any issues with your appliance before we start work it is your responsibility to point them out to the technician. If you know of any issues when booking the appointment, please mention this so that they can be noted. Any issues our technicians notice will be pointed out to you. We accept no responsibility for any general wear and tear with your appliance.
5) It is essential that our technician is able to park close to the property.  If you do not have private parking such as a drive our technician will happily park on the road, however, if parking is chargeable then this cost will be added to the cost of the work carried out.  If you live in a permit parking area you must supply our technician with a parking permit.  Our technicians will not, under any circumstance, park illegally or dangerously.  Failure to supply suitable parking will result in our technician being unable to carry out the work and a call-out charge of £25 will be applicable.
6) If the working environment is not safe or you are rude to our technician they will refuse to carry out the work and leave the property.
7) A minimum of 48 hours must be given to cancel or amend a booking.  Failure to give adequate notice may result in a short notice cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted price.
8) Cost variations can arise based on the age and condition of your oven. All our advertised prices are examples and a full and detailed estimate will be explained before any work is carried out.
